- For most countries, we provide a Free Shipping option
Expedited Fee:
- For faster shipment, you can choose Expedited Shipping at checkout at an extra cost of $25-$40 for most countries
- For some countries, we only provide an Expedited Shipping option to make sure the package arrives fastly and securely. The expedited shipping fee for these countries are usually higher but we'll only charge $30-$40 for the shipping

- It's our goal to make sure your order is processed quickly and efficiently. We keep in constant touch with our partnered couriers in case any huge events happen that may impact the delivery efficiency
- For Free Shipping to most countries, it usually takes 7-20 days to deliver the package
- For Expedited Shipping, it usually takes around 4 days for the item to arrive (Due to the pandemic, Expedited Shipping may take extra 3-7 days)
Track your Order:
- When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
- For some of the Expedited Shipping, there will be two tracking codes. The first one will be a transfer code which can be used to temporally track the package domestically. A second code will be sent to you in the next 2 days, which will be the final tracking code
- If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at support@hoyeeeyes.com and we will update you with the latest shipping progress.
Tips:
- Please leave us a phone number when you choose Expedited Shipping so that the courier could reach you to make sure the package is delivered without mistakes.
- Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
